They can't get enough people in at the change of ends.. Outside there are queues stretching down the concourses...

I hope Nole don´t lost his focus for the booing outside of the court.
Next time they need schedule better!!

It is madness. Apparently the crowd were booing and jeering. It is just madness. I for the life of me cannot understand how it has got to this.

It is. They should learn from Wimbledon. The re-sell the tickets for the seats still available and if not they are let in.

Y I Man wrote:People not being allowed in for the Nole Delpo match?
They are making a lot of noise and Nole has complained about it.

It's certainly not good that the people are making too much noise. However, the organizers did originally schedule the Djokovic-Delpo match for Philippe Chatrier and many ticket holders have had to scramble over to Suzanne Lenglen for the match. So the organizers are still to blame.

Djoko, uncharacteristically doubles to give Del Po a break and cede the momentum he had built from winning set #1. Juan cleans up his errors he could win this thing.

I am loving the backhand trades these 2 are having. If the balls could cry I think they would. Ouch.

Good match, so much fireworks.
Delpo a break up, but it doesn't seem he can maintain this level. And Djoko can for another 4 hours

Brilliant match. And yes Legendkillar, those backhands are lethal.

The one thing Tsonga could learn from Djokovic is defence. That last point, the forehand should've done enough but he still gets it back!

juan is just hitting so hard and consistently right now, he made a lot of errors in the first set has really cleaned up the error count in set #2. This could be dangerous, he serves so well puts pressure on Novak to serve well.

Djoko's defensive skills are out of this world. Delpo kills the ball every time but sees it keeps coming back.

Agreed GP. I think thats what can win the match for Djoko. After watching Tsonga just play himself out of the tournament it is great to see a match like this unfold.

That Del Potro forehand. Man. He has virtually no backlift when making the shot and yet the ball flies like it has been shot from a rifle.

I just love Delpo's one-two combination, second best to Federer's

BTW, the match is not going to end today. It might seem as a slight advantage for Delpo, but i don't think it is. Delpo has the momentum and Djoko is not at his absolute best today

I think it might slightly favour Djokovic you know. Delpo is playing his way back into this match. Let's see if this effects Delpo like a rain delay at Wimbledon affected Henman. Wink

So tomorrow we have a best of 3.

I've enjoyed it, hope they pick up where they left tomorrow
I don't think Delpo can win this, but he'll have his revenge the second part of the season

Yes. The organisers messed it up but when you have to organise 4 matches of wich can be made of 10 sets up to 16 sets, it's difficult to get it right each time.

What they certainly should have done is put one of the two female match to the end of the day instead of 2 female matches first on Chatrier.

Heavy hitting from Delpo and Djoko but I think I guessed it right 2 days ago. It's too fast for Delpo and he is forced into too many mistakes. Sure he won the last set but I can't see him win and Djoko had a great chance to come back in that 2nd set.

However, Djoko might have a bad sleeping night but so unlikely.
