In irrespective of what happens but i want to restart.

I've had a think on this and i don't mind either way, however i will vote for Season 1 - Draft League/Restart in General.

Continue with season 4.

Id prefer a restart but would continue with a 4th season despite reservations that boredom for most will set in.

If he is not interested then I'll help you out with numbers, but I'm not interested in restarting, so it would be carrying on with season 4

Do we need to discuss what a restart would look like, in case that is Twisty's condition?

I'd favour something like £200m, 25-man squads (has to be exactly 25 with 3 keepers), four injuries per week, 3 lawyers per week, £1m bonus and £1.5m for voter, win bonus is £1m, £500k for draw and nothing for a defeat. No predos leagues (not for money anyway), no Azzrentice, not even Sheep, unless someone wants to run it.

200m won't get you a 25 man squad That's 8m a player and there is only so many of them in that range tbh.

Injuries & Lawyers should be same amount tbh.

Also there should be a cap on how much you can bid. We don't want Messi and Ronaldo in the league straight off the bat do we.

Spending £800k on Totti would give you £15.2m to spend on another player. If anything I thought £200m was more than enough.

Realistically only so many you'd want under 8m the likes of totti/pirlo/xavi etc.

Which means they will go for a high premium anyway.

There is a radical solution to combine both tho I don't think would be that popular though.

Just to clarify
1) All those that want to continue will keep their squads
2) If you choose route 2 then you cannot re-draft any players from your previous squad or any that are currently in the league (People continuing on)
3) All keeping teams will get lawyers.

The idea is to work out the people who want to keep their side so Marky ,Azzy, Viva & Nadeem sides TM Values overall so then take the highest amount & Lowest and work out half way in between so say if was 140m to 180m they would get 160m to draft players with

At that point People keeping there sides would be handed 25-40m due to draftees essentially getting 1st pick at lawyered players. Alternatively can give people keeping their sides 2 TP's before hand and then draft from there...

So some people keep their sides & People who want a new side get average money but 1st choice on players

Ridiculous probably but it's an alternative & compromises.

Alternative would be a redraft but we have the option to retain/first option on up to 10 players if we want.

Or similarly to one of the JA leagues, everyone who wants a reboot can swap their squad for their current squad TM value in cash and start again.

Not sure that's entirely wise with Hero's squad & even mine is fairly expensive, can think of 130m off just 5 players.

My idea was to have a draft, but you get to keep up to 5 players.

If you keep 5 players, you lose your first 5 draft picks, keep 4, lose 4 picks etc...

I would like a league starting with teams avoiding a draft.

I think we should get rid of lawyers and make it so players end up releases. Ja has it right there imo.

No offense Trebs but a league without lawyers would be the most boring thing ever. There'd be next to no growth

It would because there would be bonuses each week of a couple of million, people have to do in league deals or release to get rid of deadwood. Whereas at the moment people can just accept lawyers.

That isn't a bad thing. The best teams also tend to lawyer their best players. Team progression becomes a thing, and forcing people to do in league deals has never worked on here.

Bear in mind when this league started, people didn't want any more gimmicks

Hello, sorry I didn't reply to your PM Nadeem, I read it and forgot all about it.

Dunno where we are with this, but I don't think I have the time really. I left WWA because I couldn't do it each week and 6CW is priority at the mo. I can't access V2 during work hours either (big brother) so just leaves me with an hours lunch and the occasional evening to cram everything in

I would join if anyone is interested on having a two man team to share the workload?

Not fussed what kind of restart it is. I prefer a draft just because unlike last time I was here, I will stick to players I know (PL w h o r e)
