First topic message reminder :

Being that the league is going to be FIFA 16 based its daft that we're still under the FIFA15 umbrella. We also need to have a second confirmation on who's in being that the initial role call was some time ago now.

Please confirm below!

I'll make a start this evening on updating the squad lists that have already been done.

Confirmed

Well we've got 10 sides atm assuming Olly and Soddy share one, then waiting on Twist and Enigma to see if they are still interested

Are we sticking with the teams originally allocated or changing it up?

Happy to do injuries and league table

I still think we should build our own teams with a draft, I don't think the appeal of starting with a load of players we won't want is there.

I get that Marky but we need to consider the work load for Hero I feel as he has to shuffle the players around from team to team on his FIFA.

I think we were deciding on the amount of lawyer offers and I think we agreed on the German TM lawyers so the same as we used to do.

I have a feeling that 2 was pretty much agreed on, what do you all think?

What I mean by German TM is the Euro price of players on TM.

As far as I'm aware, the price will still be given in pounds but it will be equal to the Euro price for the player on TM.

Go on then Olly, we can share.

We'll start small by sharing a pretend team and eventually end up in a polygamous relationship with the same woman. Deal?

I'm not really feeling footy these days - unless it's West Brom or England I can't watch more than 5 mins without going insane. I can barely bring myself to talk about the game either.

Affers - I said to my wife when we scored our second 'oh good, now we can lose 3-2 instead of 2-1'. You're most welcome The Funky Bunch League page - Page 3 3559488474

Current teams ratings - attack - midfield - defence

Aston Villa - 74 74 76
Bournemouth - 74 72 72
Burnley
Crystal Palace - 74 75 76
Hull
Leicester - 74 73 73
Newcastle - 77 77 76
Norwich - 72 73 71
QPR
Stoke - 77 76 76
Southampton - 77 77 75
Sunderland - 77 76 74
Swansea - 76 75 76
Watford - 75 72 74
West Brom - 77 74 72
West Ham - 76 75 75

I'll add Burnley, Hull and QPR when I get home, but are there any of those that you think we should drop? At first glance, I'd say Bournemouth, Norwich and Watford are clearly a bit weaker than the rest. Dropping those 3 and the 3 relegated sides would give us 10 relatively well matched teams

Having said that, these are just from an online source, and haven't checked to see if they've changed on the game!

Viva, I really don't know how PES has been rated as high as it has this year, just given it a go and it's utter gash.
The players move around like like ice skating rather than they're running, just doesn't feel like they actually in motion at all, feels like I'm playing a poor mans FIFA 10 tbh. Every moment just didn't feel natural at all.
Really think the reviews are done by anti EA hipsters because that game is horrendous.

Im not even going to try and pretend you're wrong, I agree the movement of the players on the ball feels terrible it's no where near smooth as Fifa.

I thought I'd give Pro a chance after 6 years of Fifa, I haven't played it in week and if don't get used to it I'll trade it in for Fifa.

I think LVG expected us to do what we did in the 2nd half just you were 3-0 down by then. Personally expected Herrera & Schneiderlin to play felt better when saw your line up.

Easier in hindsight but should have been a 4-5-1, midfield of Schneiderlin, Herrera and only one of Schweinsteiger/Carrick (maybe sub one on for the other)

Then any three of Mata/Depay/Rooney/Martial as the wingers/striker. Saw the line ups and thought they'd be got at, didn't expect 3 in 20 mins mind

Herrera is injured but would have him in playing where Rooney has been as soon as he is ready, but can't see LVG dropping his captain

He does, but from what Van Gaal has said recently, he sees the role Rooney has been playing as part of a midfield 3, rather than as a second striker

in that role, Herrera would be much better, especially given Rooney's shocking form
