Chris Lappin is joined by former Manchester United and Exeter City defender Alan Tonge.

Alan discusses his time in the Man Utd youth system in the late 1980's as it was being revamped by the Alex Ferguson and playing with a 15 year old Ryan Giggs.

Alan tells us about his time with Exeter City and the importance of Footballers having a life away from the game.

Alan's career was unfortunately cut short by back injury at just 24, he discusses how he got his life back on track and his current role as a lecturer in Sports Research.
