Well, they obviously don't think its in decline, otherwise they wouldn't have shelled out for the exclusive rights for 5 years.

For those who either can't or won't shell out for Sky, they are throwing a bone by showing the British GP live on a separate free-to-air channel, as well as a highlights package of all races.
