His Destiny Is Written In The Stars Empty His Destiny Is Written In The Stars

Post by Alessandro Ciambella Thu 09 Jun 2011, 2:43 pm

Bonjourno!

There was a time when a 'Red Prancing Horse Shadow' was cast over the sport of Formula One. Michael 'The Red Baron' Schumacher was at the peak of his powers winning everything and crushing all before him as he smashed every single record in the book. He was untouchable and the world’s impression of Formula One was one of predictability.

As Michael was taking win after win and record after record little did he know of a young racing protégé born in Oviedo, Asturias in northern Spain. A country where the only racing pedigree was running away from bulls in a Seat Ibiza on the cobbled streets of Barcelona. This man was called Fernando Alonso.

He did not know the destiny that has been written in the stars for him to fulfil. That it was he who was to beat the great Schumacher before he could retire as the greatest ever driver the sport has ever seen.

Fernando Alonso stuck to the brave, daunting task of taking the fight to the dominant Schumacher and in his first ever fight for a WDC he managed to bring glory to himself, his beloved team, his country and to the sport he loves. He had inflicted the first to blow to the Schumacher Empire and it was then that the Red Baron showed the first signs of weakness.

Convinced that this was just a fluke, Schumacher and Ferrari came back the following year with accusations of illegal car specifications and thus Renault had to change their car. The fortunate thing for them was that they did not have to change their driver. Again, Fernando Alonso took the fight to the Schumacher Ferrari regime and lightning struck again. Schumacher was reeling. The unflappable Germans head was in ruins. So much so that he called a press conference to confirm his immediate retirement from the sport he dominated for so long.

Schumacher would eventually make a comeback, but he is a pale shadow of the imperious figure he once was.

Now, after a period of equilibrium in the sport, there is a new German super power starting to dominate proceedings. He is casting a 'Red Bull Shaped Shadow' across the sport. He is already the youngest WDC and probably soon to be the youngest double WDC. It seems that Sebastian Vettel is starting to dominate in a way that may never have been seen before. People are starting to ask it Sebastian Vettel can be stopped. Well my friends, the answer is yes.

We have already seen the Mighty Fernando Alonso crush the spirit of one dominant German before. We all know about the destiny that he has written in the stars to save Formula One from the clutches of domination. He is the chosen one that will rise up from the ashes of despair to bring glory to the sport that he loves so much.

Ferrari will soon provide their Pilot, Fernando Alonso with the Machine he requires to take the fight to the Fizzy Drinks Company. It will be the Red Bull versus the Prancing Horse. You can't script this, you just have to sit back and enjoy the fight as Fernando begins his journey to end another regime. He is the only one with the consistency to take the fight to the young German. He is the most complete driver on the grid and his mystique in getting the 6 tenths extra from any car he drives in dumbfounding. Ferrari need to step up their engineering design to finally give the greatest driver of the generation the car he deserves to crush the spirit of Vettel, his finger and Red Bull once and for all.

Forza Alonso!

His Destiny Is Written In The Stars Empty Re: His Destiny Is Written In The Stars

Post by Belgarion of Riva Thu 09 Jun 2011, 3:53 pm

Alonso's 2 championships were aided by the Mass Damper. he still performed well and credit to him.

However, like Schumacher, Fernando's reign was halted by a young upstart in a Yellow Helmet. The modern day Ayrton Senna aka Lewis Hamilton. He tamed the UNICEF ambassador and he put his tail between his legs and Alonso ran screaming for the hills.

Alonso (with team orders and support of his whole team) tried last year to defeat the young German but somehow snatched defeat from the jaws of victory due to his inability to overtake Petrov even with multiple excursions off the race track in a bid to get more speed out of the corners.

Now the German and fizzy drinks company are miles ahead and only the second coming of Senna (Hamilton) has stopped him winning all races this season. Ferrari need to start working on next years car because they've got to figure out a way of getting past the Mercedes and Mclaren cars before taking on the fizzy drinks company. It would help if Ferrari stopped trying to imitate the designs of the fizzy drinks car and came up with their own as well.

It's clear to see that there is no famous 6tenths and Ferrari have made an error in giving this has been a contract to 2016.

This years title will be fought out by Vettel and the second coming of Senna while Alonso, will once again be stuck behind petrov, whilst getting lapped by the Fizzy Drinks car and The dynamite Mclaren ridden by The second coming of Senna.

No teamorders, no mass damper, no crashgate, no spygate = No Alonso win.

Grazie

Fantastic riposte Belgarion. clap

His Destiny Is Written In The Daily Star more like.

Still, it took the Mighty Michael Schumacher a couple of years to get Ferrari back to winning ways, so we shouldn't be too harsh on the Spaniard, who clearly lacks the great German's car development skills. Wink

When leaving McLaren at the end of 1993, Ayrton said: "If you think I'm fast, just wait until you see my nephew Bruno".

This was meant as a compliment for you guys who think Lewis is the second coming of Bruno Senna. (by the look of this thread, thats quite a lot!) Even Ayrton said Bruno was quick, just like everybody says Lewis is quick.

But, what's the point of being quick when your just bumping into other cars and Walls. The once bright star of Lewis in being extinguished by his erratic, inconsistent performances.

Lucky for Hamilton, Massa was his Championship rival in 2008. He would never take a WDC in the same car as the great Fernando Alonso!

Forza Alonso!

Well Lewis beat Alonso in the same car and has spanked him since. Massa also showed he was more than a match for Fernando, that's why he cried on the radio for the team to ask Massa to move over.

Fernando is finished in this sport, he hasn't won a title since the Mass Damper era and is struggling to cope with the German Machine and The Mclaren Dynamic Duo (Both MBEs by the way apart from being team mates). He tried to intimidate Jenson thinking it was Massa and he got hung out to dry.

Ferrari have dropped an almighty clanger signing this Mass Damper 'has been' till 2016. Their only hope for a world title would be if they sacked Alonso.

Oh dear, the whole of Monza would like to point out the table last year!!! Did Fernando 'spank' Hamilton last year?

This year, the mclaren is almost the best on the grid. The great Fernando is only just behind him in the championship driving the inferior Ferrari! Fernando is on the rise!

Thank goodness Jenson Button MBE is doing the business for Mclaren and taking points of Vettel. The great Alonso will be winning races soon enough when Ferraris fine engineers give the complete car to Fernando Alonso - the most complete driver on the grid!

Mass damper era or not, Lewis won his ONLY Championship developed through spygate. Or did you forget?

Forza Alonso!!

Spygate was all Alonso and De La Rosa. Alonso couldn't set up his car and decided to obtain Kimi's set up data. It's amazing that a double world champion couldn't set up his car.

Alonso got sacked from Mclaren for cheating and not wanting to compete with his Rookie team mate who spanked him.

If Fernando isn't causing controversy, he is setting records that will never be repeated in this sport. For example; He is the only ever double world champion that was beaten by a Rookie in his first season.

Achtung Hamilton MBE!!

Alonso was 'sacked?'

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/7074737.stm

The impartial BBC says differently. Maybe you should read the FACTS rather than bore us with the speculative drivel you spew from your key board.

Spygate was all Alonsos fault?

Then surely yourself and Hamilton have to credit Alonso for his help in getting data to help him out in 2008.

Can't set up a car you say? What did he do when he became the youngest WDC in 2005 and 2006?

Fernandos setting records? What about Lewis' record? 17 point lead to Kimi blown in 2007!!!! Even Flavio was laughing at Lewis!

When Lewis has the consistency to win 15 podiums in a row, then we will talk about greatness!

Forza Alonso!

Alonso and De La Rosa had the e-mails and he was sacked. Obviously Mclaren tried to be diplomatic and said they had reached an amicable agreement.

You and you numerous aliases spew rubbish on a variety of sites without any facts.

1) Hamilton beat Alonso in his first year in F1
2) Hamilton has won a world championship recently unlike Alonso
3) Alonso is scared of competition and always pressures his team to give him preferential treatment
4) Alonso in a position of strength in the championship last year somehow managed to blow it and was stuck permanently to Petrov's gearbox
5) Alonso is behind all the contenders in the championship
6) Alonso will not win another championship in F1 except Vettel, Hamilton and Button retire from F1.
7) Renault were pleased when Alonso left because he brought disrepute to the team and took them backwards.

Alonso = Has Been former champion (achieved in an illegal Renault with a mass damper)

I would like to point out that Hamilton had been a champion at previous levels. Winning a Championship is winning a Championship as far as we are concerned.

He had been racing all if his life in various forms and he seemed to of forgotten how to win. Just like in his 2nd season where he was very fortunate to pull it off.

It is spectacular to be 17 points ahead as a rookie. Cataclysmic to bottle it at the end!

How many points was Alonso ahead of Vettel last season?

Alonso could have finished 4th and still been world champion. However he had terrible Petrov management and bottled it in style. A double world champion with so much experience. Unbelievable

The truly world class Fernando Alonso showed great Hamilton management skills last year by destroying the second coming of Bruno Senna in the WDC. Ha ha!

For the people of Monza champion to come so close to winning a championship dominated by the immense speed of the red bulls shows why he is justified a long contract.

He is número UNO in the eyes of Monza and the rest of the knowledgable formula one world!

The fact still remains that Alonso bottled it last year. Knowing his history however, I won't be surprised if he was spying on the Renault car from behind Petrov in order to glean some data a la spygate.

Truly poor Petrov management. All he needed to do was finish 4th but he failed. Imagine, he could have been a 3 time world champion. Now he's just a 'Mass Damper has been'.

Sad

Alonso and Massa lied to stewards last season in Team Order gate. Costing Massa an important win. Alonso was in possession of Ferrari documents whilst at Mclaren causing the team points and a fine, Alonso also played a role in crashgate, causing his manager and team mate to lose their jobs as well as risking his team mate's life along with other drivers. He also endangered the lives of stewards by ignoring yellow flags.

Your idol is something else. His antics are a disgrace to this sport, just as your actions highlight how sad your life is.

Ferrari got punished for it as well. Do you know anything about this sport at all?

Comprehensively beaten Button, with the use of clear team order gate...is terrible! How hypacritical of you to overlook these facts.

Ferrari were punished, correct. Was Fernando punished? Monza remembers the press conference. Fernando says Massa made a mistake. Who are we to disagree?

That was one of the few races where Button was close to Hamilton last season. He beat him all ends up afterwards. As I recall, Hamilton was asked to save fuel and Button overtook him. Hamilton overtook Button in the next corner showing his dominance.

He didn't cry on the radio like Alonso, complaining about not being able to overtake Felipe.

Teflonso can't keep escaping bans, his time will come. I really enjoyed Vettel and Hamilton lapping him in Barcelona. How the mighty mass damper has fallen

Dear boy, it's nice you think I'm a Hamilton fan. I'm fond of his driving but not a fan of his, but I enjoy your silly comments, quite amusing. Just like how Alonso tried to bully the Frome Fox in Canada and got hung out to dry showing poor overtaking management and poor frome fox management.

FYI

Vettel - 161 pts
Button - 101 pts
Webber 94 Pts
Hamilton 85 pts
Alonso 69 pts

It's safe to say, Alonso will fail again this season.

Guys,

This is getting silly now. For days all that has happened in this section is members winding eachother up. Im sure you are mature enough to debate without the need to constantly have digs at eachother.

It stops now.

Rule No1 on the site rules: Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Im sure there is more to F1 to debate than constantly having a go at eachother and putting the various drivers down.

You have your own favourites in the sport, but you are all fans of the sport. Please bare that in mind and have some more respect for your fellow posters.

Thank you
