606 v2 Hall of Fame Inductees

I mentioned a week or so ago that I would produce a thread that listed each inductee into our Hall in alphabetical order, so that everyone has ease of reference. After last week's voting (this week's candidates are up on the original sticky), here is the updated list. Windy has kindly said that he would also give this "sticky" status. All that will appear here from now on are the updated names of the inductees, plus those who did not get election (the barrier is set at 75% of votes cast), but gained at least 50% of the vote and are therefore eligible for reconsideration next year, if someone wishes to make the case for them.
