Just sounds like they are going to tighten the rules a bit, to put an actual time limit on breaks.
Do wish though the WTA would also grow a backbone and penalise the screamers - interesting that in the recent USO, neither finalist was unnecessarily noisy despite both giving the ball a fair old thump.
