Very sad news. While the Williams team struggled in the last years of being run by the Williams family, because F1 has just become too expensive and complex for privateer teams unless bank rolled by a billionnaire, their impact on the sport through the 80s and 90s should not be forgotten, and Frank was definitely at the forefront of that.
