New court 3 at Wimbledon

bit of an odd one this.
it doesnt appear to be a show court so you cant buy tickets for the court. BUT apparently not all the court is open to ground pass holders so you had the ridiculous scenario last night of hundreds of people queueing to get into see Isner v Mahut whilst half of the court was empty.
