Word of warning, Essien is rated as the top DM in the world. You don't want to sell him cheaply as you can benefit other areas of your squad in a deal for selling him.

You can have Olsson, but I'm not gonna scam you off for one of your best players. Don't sell Essien for less than £25m to be honest, which makes my offer seem cheeky but just don't.

Don't sell any of:

Essien, Lampard, Cole, Drogba, Torres, Terry for less than £25-£30million.
Bosingwa, Ivanovic, Luiz, Cech, Malouda for less than £15million.
Alex for less than £10million.

Yeah it will take some getting used to buddy - just don't want to see you scammed off and the Chelsea team ruined over the matter of cheap deals. I'm sure as soon as you find your feet you'll be fine though mate.

In my opinion, cash is no good for Bear now. He has £48 mil and can only make one transfer a day and with your deal would have to buy a backup CB, backup ST, two midfielders and a winger. Just won't happen.

Not trying to stir anything up, I'm just being realistic. I appreciate you're trying to get the best deal for the lesser side but it needs to be fair. Would you do the deal in the roles were reversed?

I've decided to reverse the Essien transfer mate, you were getting ripped off in the deal.

£25m is a good price but you can't afford to sell your top players before foreign transfers. You only have 1 foreign transfer so creating weaknesses means that you won't be able to compensate and fill the voids you leave by selling the top players.

From now on, please PM me or come to my Blackburn page about any deals you are considering and I will give you my opinion on the deal. This will prevent you getting ripped off in other deals. Just remember, selling your top players before foreigns is a no-go as you have to then replace these and you can't do that.

Please remove £25m from your budget and Tiote from your squad, and put back in Michael Essien.
