Sheffield United midfielder Nick Montgomery has been sidelined for up to six weeks with a cartilage tear and possible knee ligament damage.

The 29-year-old, who suffered the injury in Blades' 1-1 draw with Millwall on Saturday, is expected to see a specialist on Monday.

Manager Micky Adams told the club website: "It's a massive blow for our hopes of climbing out of trouble.

"He has been excellent. His leadership quality is there for all to see."

nope but he still an important player for us though.
he breaks the play up well and gives it to someone who can pass.lol.
