I released Mayuka about an hour before this offer came in!

So, either I'm allowed to cancel the release and sell him to lawyers, or I get a different offer. I'd be happier to cancel the release and sell to lawyers but its not up to me.

There's no rule on re-signing players from Releases unless they've changed, my view is based on when I ran releases.

I would say he was released before lawyers were posted. Therefore as he is not one of Marky's players to get a lawyer for, a new one should be drawn.
