Carberry back in form

Pleased to see Carberry coming back into form after his long layoff. Currently 162 not out against Yorks. Maybe further opportunities for England are not realistic for the time being - but it would at least be good to see him regularly performing well for Hants after they've had such a dismal season in the cc.

Carberry & McKenzie so far put on 430 for the third wicket and still going strong....

We got deducted points for a poor pitch last time because we made it a spinners pitch and tried to get a result. Now i think they went the complete opposite way...

I have a lot of time for Carberry, love watching him play. Great to see him coming back so strong!

I went to a game at the rose bowl the other week and he was in the crowd collecting for Nic Pothas fund, seems like a proper nice guy. Very pleased for him

Unbeaten on 300 at the end, well played indeed Mr Carberry. I don't think he'll ever be a world beater in terms of playing for England regularly but if an opener was to go down injured now then he would definitely be a prime candidate to be a temporary replacement as he was in Bangladesh.
