That a coach can keep an injured player in the squad before they replace them.

England have Mark Cueto, and Simon Shaw.

Wales have Gethin Jenkins.

I dont know about other teams.

But is there a time limit that a coach can keep these players in the team before they bring in replacements, Or can a coach keep trying and perservere with these players in the hope that they recover full fitness.

As long as they dont go above 30 the coachs can do whatever they want I assume (as long as they can name a 22 man team)
