News on Tindall
Just saw something about Tindall on SSN, seems like something about going out on the town after the Argentina game, but couldn't hear what they were saying. Anyone get any news? I'll keep looking, but just wondering if anyone knew.
Found something on the Sun's website (it looked like the Sun on the SSN story):
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/3815013/Mike-Tindall-gropes-blonde.html

Apparently they were throwing midgets or something?
Mind you this came from the Sun and we all know what a pillar of truthful journalism that is.

Re: News on Tindall
Allegedly, he had a night out in Queenstown... with a blonde, a small person and a chinese fire eater. (I made up that last one...)
Tindall's Night Out
If you ask me... he's totally innocent because Team Management says so.

he's now a near-Royal, Jonno wants his knighthood so Tindall can do what he wants now.

Re: News on Tindall
The Sun were "reporting" that he had been on a night out with a bunch of players after the Argie game and was seen flirting with a blonde, including kissing her cheek and putting his face in her boobs.
Sounds like a classic Sun story, i'm sure they just keep the same text and copy and paste names across!
Any way it's been denied by Lord Tindal.
To be honest if i was the NZ authorities i'd be worried about a lunatic on the loose who wants Mikes picasso anywhere near her boobs!

Stitch up me thinks, funny there is no picture to prove Mike was kissing a bird in the bar!
But saying that he did kiss a horse the other day!

Owner of the bar went on facebook to say the English lads had behaved well. The report appears to be just a filthy Murdoch rag doing its thing.

Don't rate Zara. She could eat an apple through a picket fence. Anyways Tindall is stirring Caleb Ralph's porridge and he was one of the worst All Blacks of all time. Oh Mike...

Rugby players go out for a beer after tough match. Wowsa! I'd have more surprised if they didn't.

I can't imagine any swimmers or cyclists lasting 80 minutes with the Pumas or the Boks, if they did they would probably need a drink!
Anyway I thought the world of cycling was riddled with substances?

I'd expect this carry on from the Welsh players but not the English boys.

Love that the line “Scores of women made a beeline for the strapping lads” but photographical evidence of one Welsh bird.
Wonder if Murdoch hacked the teams phones yet to get some proof…then again since when has he needed proof to sell rags.
This just in the busty blond is Matt Dunning.

The dwarf was actually Lee Mears, and the blonde he was kissing was actually Billy Twelvetrees smuggling himself into the squad to replace Hape.

The thing is (and its this applies to all of the teams) if you DON'T pose for photos with the fans and have a bit crack on, you are arrrogant, however if you DO pose with the fans, your taken to be having 'relationships' with them and are partaking of debauched behavior.
The irony is, these pieces will be written by fat bloated hacks just back from a three hour liquid lunch in the boozer. Priceless.

Classic example of the media making a story that doesn't exist....players drinking in bar with dwarves and blondes (sounds fun) becomes players debauched in bar dwarf tossing and nuzzling (sounds a lot more fun)

Tindall 'gropes' women at dwarf-throwing contest
http://www.news.com.au/entertainment/celebrity/england-captain-and-husband-of-the-queens-granddaughter-linked-to-groping-in-a-nz-bar/story-e6frfmqi-1226137814357
ENGLAND rugby captain and the newest member of the royal family, Mike Tindall, reportedly groped a woman at a dwarf-throwing contest in New Zealand.
Tindall, 32, was with several of his team-mates celebrating their narrow win against Argentina at a Queenstown bar on Sunday when the alleged incident occurred.
Tindall, who married Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter Zara Phillips six weeks ago, reportedly buried his head in the breasts of a blonde woman, according to The Sun newspaper.
He was also seen kissing and groping the “fair-haired beauty”, the paper claimed.
The squad got a lot of female attention as they watched a light-hearted dwarf-throwing competition.
“One particularly beautiful blonde went straight for Mike. But rather than reject her advances, unfortunately he was extremely responsive,” a source told The Sun.
“They were flirting with each other and getting very touchy-feely.
“Then they went into the doorway, where the girl gestured Mike towards her chest.
“She pulled his head towards her breasts and she rubbed the back of his head as she did so.
“The girl was absolutely stunning and all over him.
“He clearly thought it was a case of ‘What happens on tour, stays on tour’.”
However The Sun stated that there was no indication that Tindall left the bar with the woman.
Tindall and his new wife postponed their honeymoon until next year due to his commitments with the Rugby World Cup and her equestrian training.
Phillips, 30, is due to join her husband in New Zealand later this month.
The couple’s agent would not comment on the allegations.

Re: News on Tindall
This week the English media have already slated the team management for letting players bungee jump and go white-water rafting, they are now apparently slating the players for having a few beers and receiving attention from females!
Here's my 2p worth: Dear sad journos, you could put a rope round a prop's neck, strap the entire team to his back and chuck him off a bridge for a laugh.
If a raft full of rugby players capsized in a rapid - it would quickly transform into a dam.
If you really want to get a "rugby players go out on the lash and have it large in a bar" story, follow an average amateur clubs seconds on a tour to Holland, trust me - this was nothing.
If you want to bury the latest soccer central drugs/sex/cheating/bungs/violence story, eff off somewhere else will you?
Some premier league player was exposed as having being tested positive for cocaine this week, apparently the soccer world closed ranks, said nowt and sent him off for two months rehab. Gordon "I love footballers - give me lots of dough" Taylor defended this stance by saying that roundball has an excellent drugs detection program that goes much further than most other sports in the UK.
Really Gordon?
He went on to say that nothing was said about the player testing positive because they believe in getting a player help, putting them back on the straight and narrow and providing the positive message that they can screw up and still do something with their life?
Excellent Gordon, give them loads of dollar, give them a hug when they screw-up and they can then go on to achieve at the highest level...
The last I saw regarding that particular footballer's career was that he was sold to Barnsley without any mention of him failing a drugs test.. nice.
Matt Stevens tested positive for cocaine, lost his job and got banned from playing for two YEARS!!!!! He's now out in NZ representing England.
He didn't get paid, got his own help, put his own life back in order and got back to the highest level through his own hard graft.
Tindalls night out is just another non-story from a roundball loving fatso self-pumping journo who has no more idea about rugby than he does the Large Hadron Collider experiments at Cern.
In comparison to a sport where ones sister-in-law or ones team mates missus or sticking a in someones face cause they didn't "respect" the fact that you earn 200k a week is just another day at the office, Rugby is whiter than than the stuff roundballers stick up their noses without so much as a by-your-leave.
My work here is done.
