I couldn't order through the link because my Sky+ HD box is on the wobble so I had to order it through my other box. I told Primetime and he gave me a number to phone so I never had to pay another registration fee but I had to order over the phone. Can I be considered for a refund?

Is there a problem? I've just logged on to purchase through the link??

Ok - found the link but it didnt ask me for an email address?? Is that because I have registered to watch primetime in the past. Confused!!

We weren't asked for an email address either and it was ordered on Wednesday evening. Got confirmation that it was purchased at the end of the process. Not sure how it affects the free draw though.
