The obvious conclusion,teams that failed at group level making the RWC final.

I suspect that whatever team Lievremont fields and whatever game plan he 'imposes' that the French players will take it into their own hands. And will win.

There is one problem with this, the French aren't made of the same stuff as us English.

They have a different outlook on life to us, look at there farmers, fisherman and Truckers they like to stand-up to the authorities but their response is to do nothing, just like the football team did at last years world cup.

There will be a power struggle behind closed doors in the French camp but I don't expect them to unite like we did in 2007, this is just the nature of the beast.

If Saint Andre had been drafted into the set up then it might have been different.

Is insanity the price the French have to pay for their flair after they stop playing the game? This is 3 managers on the trot that belong in the asylum. PSA had maybe better find a good therapist in advance. Logic suggests that they are playing the way they do because the the lunatics took over years ago.

I don't think it's about being dull. I just don't see from their body language that they are even particularly angry which isn't a good sign.

Having said that we don't know what's going on behind the scenes. The senior players may be sorting out a coup/battle plan as we speak (though it's probably still night-time there).
