Yes. Something's holding them back. Each year they get further behind where we all thought they'd be.

They are based on games won and the quality of the teams you beat. Wales only beat Fiji Samoa Namibia and Ireland all of whom were ranked below them.

Why whenever ireland put 3 or more wins tigether that i always start fo feel worryingly optimistic (despite 35 years experience) only to have a sharp dose of reality hit me very soon after....and then repeat process...repeat...repeat
