If a boxer knowingly uses PED's in a fight which results in the death or severely injures his opponents (brain damage etc) what should happen to the druggie?

Banned for life and or prison?

I would suggest a manslaughter charge at least but it needs to be proved.Now that carries a sentence decided by the judge.Not mandatory.
I would go for prison but Margarito still fights!!

Both. In the same way as if on the field of rugby you engage in an activity against the rules of the sport that endangers life you can be charged with manslaughter/assault.

Or you could speak about PED's and get threatened
