I can't understand how I've lost 2 CPU games to Buffalo and New Orleans.

In my Titans franchise I'm 6-0 on all pro. I've beaten the Ravens and Steelers both away and the Texans at home. All with Jake Locker starting. He's got 1,700+ throwing yards and 17 throwing TDs making him 2nd only to Rodgers.

Cherries - I should be 9-0 and after next week it should have been 10-0, but I'll settle for 9-0-1...

i hate curls, were the slant INT to the MLB , has anyone found out LBs have freakish catching skills

Incredible vertical skills period. The number of bat downs and INT's from the LB's is daft. In Madden, Ray Lewis has a better vertical leap than Andre Johnson!

The patterns I rarely throw to are hooks, outs and flares. The first two because either the animation or the actual code denoting how soon the receiver sees the ball out of the cut are unrealistically slow, and the second because backs have a habit of running the flare like their hands are on the back of their neck!

I think niner could tell you I love curl routes.

One of the reasons i stopped playing online vs random people was nonstop slant throwers. It's the same with QB sneaks and other plays that just work all the time.

Mocking - I know you love curl routes from our first game. I also know I won that one...

Virgil - slants don't work all the time. The best way to counter them is to run close man coverage with a blitz. If the receivers get tangled up in the bump, then the QB doesn't have time to get the ball off to them before pressured - its down to how good your corners/blitzers are.

Likewise, if you think a QB sneak is coming, use the single or double MLB blitz (especially from a 3-4 or goal line D. The sneak works mostly when the C & G have 1-1 blocks and the QB can get between them. Fill the gaps or guess the gap he's going in and it can be stuffed.

I thought that safety was odd. It came off of your player and bounced into the end zone. Not that it mattered in the end.

My guy touched the ball in bounds and your guy then picked it up in bounds on his way into the EZ. I'm not sure if illegal touch should really have applied (my guy touching in bounds) but because the ball was carried into the EZ by your guy its a safety. Golden rule we always teach on punt returns. If you can't catch it clean, then get the heck away from the ball. Getting possession on your 1 is better than losing possession on your 1!

I was thinking that as people get eliminated from the playoffs they could leave the league, re-join as a remaining AFC team and then at the end leave again and re-join as their original team.
