I'd do that with 10m involved and with first refusal on Iturbe at 10m to buyback if you ever decided to sell.

Carroll = Rasmus + 6 Million

Rasmus is 1 Million more expensive than the Saveloy according to you (which you offered as well as 7 Million) so I have knocked that off.
