Monaco or Nalbandian
First topic message reminder :
The Argentina's Davis Cup coach doesn't have an easy task on his hand, having to choose between Monaco and Nalbandian: one being the in-form player right now, the other a lot classier, but certainly past his peak.
Looks like Agentinians' hopes are all in the hands of Juan Martin Del Potro , who ,for tomorrow, may have what it takes to win his match against Ferrer, keeping this final alive.
Difficult instead to see Monaco succeed against Nadal, on the Spanish soil; for this kind of miracle matches, maybe, Nalby was the more appropriate man to pick.

What a match. Great to watch. Well done Nadal dug in when in trouble and fully deserved to win in the end.Spain. Del Potro's strength is amazing looking forward to seeing him back in top ten next year.

Disaster for tennis? lol
Well done Nadal/Spain, and to JMDP for showing us he's back in the game.
No-one will want to play him next year for sure.

Upsetting result. Sad for the argentinian that could not grab a deserved devis cup in the end . same great tennis played throughout by all the players involved though, except for: Monaco, Verdasco, deliciano: pathetic!!

Aye JK....Nalbandian's career is rather sad isnt in total given such talent, guess his WTF is the highlight. He never seemed to get over losing that Wimby02 to Hewitt so easily.

I would have loved to watch that fifth match against Ferrer, nalby really did have a chance to turn his career into something different. Now I doubt he will have another opportunity to play for something that big. I think Vasquez is a total idiot, it was apparent to everyone that Nalbandian was the man to pick for this final......

I spent all day yesterday in bed with this awful tummy-bug, didn't see the match. Just my luck....
