Bit too brassy in a TV Presenter sort of way. Wouldn't say no, but not really my type.

Davie - "typo's" is an abbreviation, hence the apostrophe.
... think I've covered myself

ray - typos is just a shorthand for typographical errors (still no apostrophe)
Don't worry I'm only yanking your chain - I'm no grammar nazi - just get a small kick out of pointing out small foul-ups when they are themselves pointing out grammar errors

Oi, I 'eard that.
As it happens, I thought raycastle's "typo's" 'apostriphical' error was deliberate.

Don't worry Davie, no offence taken. I understand that pointing out errors sets me up to be shot at! However, a grammatical error in an informal chat forum cannot compare with an error in the biography of a professional writer.
I would have thought that as typo is an abbreviation, you insert an apostrophe to indicate the omission of one or more letters, i.e:
typo[graphical error]s = typo's
I guess you would spell it typos when the word typo enters the dictionary as a standlone word in its own right. Maybe it already has. Who's in dictionary corner today?

See your logic, Ray, but then typo would have to be typo' in the same way phone used to be 'phone.
