NXT Season 5

Just Read that NXT Season 5 is just celebrated its 40 episode!?!?!?

Anyone know its gone on so long compared to the previous seasons?

hey probably have no other ideas and that showing nothing is not an option? isnt nxt done before raw or smackdown?

Nxt season 5 needs to end now!it's awful I stopped watching about two months ago and thought it was dire then so I can't believe it's still going! It's such a shame as the original nxt concept had the potential to be a real good format and watch, yet it's been booked into one of the worst wrestlings shows I can remember.

NXT basically ended 20 weeks ago, last 20 have been lower card fueds, interestingly though its giving the usos and other possible future stars alot of tv time to improve. Without them being forgotten.

That all said its boring and nothing much really happens, Regel is gold on commentry though.

Liked the original concept without the stupid challenges. I think it should have been a league format similar to the Bound For Glory Series. Winner getting a IC or US title shot or a match at Mania!
Did Johnny Curtis ever get the tag team title shot he won?

nXt 5 has been pretty good actually, Kidd has been supreme and it has basically taken over the job of WWECW as a platform for the lower midcard to hone their skills

This has been awfull. Season 5 had a good manor about it with it being redemtion but it has become a joke. It has to end now i dont care who wins just end it and start season 6 !!!!

But thats not what nxt is about, the original concept was rookies learning from pro's competing to become the next breakout star, not a platform for talent that hasn't been able to get over on raw, smackdown or superstars to perform on. Just bin nxt if this is the future and turn it into another version of superstars.

Maybe it wasnt what is was about but as a platform it does a great job, plus the rookies are really showing development now.

I don't watch it but it should never end, they should evolve it into some kind of groundhog day show and focus on one Wrestler trying to work out the formula to break the spell, I'd keep it running for years and years
