It'll be the same as the normal cup for voting, just a name needed on the thread in question.

Having made some transfers, Benfica are now going on a 2 week training camp holiday to gel together ahead of the new season (which wont be hard as 9 of the starting 11 are Brazilian lol), so are now away. All they need is another striker, which will be sorted next year.

We're both experienced managers Y I Man. There will be players that we both will agree on that are definately not for sale and others which could leave if the price is right.
The different tactics could be an advantage as the opposition will find it harder to know what team I/assistant manager will play.
