Just a thread to ask you guys what moments in wrestling always stick in your mind. No matter how stupid, ridiculous or meaningless they may have been but they for what ever reason always stick in your mind.

Always good to relive some of those WTF? OMG! moments Laugh

CM Punk cashing in his second money in the bank just after Jeff Hardy had won the world title always sticks in my mind from more recent times.

Bit of a random one but that chair shot Brock Lesnar took from Jeff Hardy when he was about to powerbomb Matt, the best chair shot in history!

the segment between austin and dx on smackdown, prior to it austin had been pickin off dx members one by one all night. they finally faced off and when it seemed austin wouldnt beat the odds a huge net falls over dx who are stood in the ring, austin runs down kickin the hell out of dx until they escape and start to get the better of austin. chaos! and THEN, lights out and bang, down comes kane, the crowd are going wild, but its still 4 on 2 until.. IF YA SMELLLL then the crowd just exploded, i remember a stunner to xpac followed by an immediate chokeslam to effin hell. and a rock bottom to billy gunn. lol roaddogg was injured and was on crutches.

always remembered that segment, was a mental end to that episode and the crowd were brilliant

Bret Hart winning the WWF title at WM10

Mr. Perfect turning face to side with Randy Savage against Flair and Razor Ramon

and somewhat strangely, my Grandfather flicking channels and telling me to put RAW on as there'd been a terrible accident; New age Outlaws throwing Foley and Funk off the ramp in a dumpster. He had no idea it was all an angle

My list;

Rhyno's spear on Tajiri at the top of the ramp on the RAW prior to the 2001 Survivor Series. Absolutely brutal.

Maven eliminating Undertaker in the 2002 Royal Rumble and getting the biggest pop in wrestling history.

The back suplex that Kurt Angle gave Shane McMahon at the 2001 King Of The Ring. He attempted to put him through a pane of perspex glass but it failed to give way. So Angle then proceeded to pick Shane up and do it a second time. How Shane wasn't broken half I genuinely will never know.

Survivor Series 2001 (WWF v Alliance)

Not the 5 on 5 match.

Dudleyz v Hardyz in a Steel Cage match, Dudleys had got a table into the cage, Matt escaped, Jeff was about to climb out but when he got to the top, D-Von was conveniently laying across the table in the ring, Matt and Lita tried to convince him to climb down to win the match, but Jeff went for a Swanton Bomb.

D-Von rolled off the table in time, Jeff crashed and burned and the Dudleyz won.

They were both awesome!

A few from me:

When Eddie G won the world title, Eddie and Benoit celebrating at the end of Wrestlemania, Brock's SSP at Wrestlemania, Rey winning the Rumble

And then the biggest mark out moment ever: Edge cashing in MITB against Cena! Was genuinely shocked when he did that!

Marky mentioning tables got me another memory..

Survivor Series 2002, a 6 man tag team tables match. Bubby Ray/Spike Dudley/Jeff Hardy v 3 Minute Warning/Rico. Jamal and Rosey putting Spike through the table with a modified flapjack type move.

Edge's entrance at Mania 24 will always stick out for me.
It was so intense, so much riding on that match after the long feud leading to it. And seeing Edge come out, looking at Taker in the ring and the intensity will always stick out in my mind:

Another Savage one from Royal Rumble 93

I LOVE this but i didnt watch TNA at the time...always wondered though, who was face and who was heel?

Moments for me,

The Rock finally lifting the title after beating HHH at Backlash in 2000.

Mankind getting off the stretcher AFTER going off the cell..and being able to run back towards the cage!

Rikishis bump off the cage always sticks in my mind for some reason...he fell dead straight and flat!

Kurt Angle and the milk truck.

I cant remember which Rumble it was but Ric Flair was in it..and all he did was fall over! I think he may have won it though..

To be fair, you can stick TNA on most weeks and wonder who is face and who is heel, often its the case that its changed half way through the show and back again by the end.

Chyna being the first woman to enter the Royal Rumbel, the first thing she did was eliminate Mark Henry, only for Stone Cold to Close line her straight out, and JR screaming 'Stone Cold doesnt give a damn if your a man or a woman'

Kane eliminating 11 men in the 2001 Royal Rumble, the funniest part being near the start of the rumble, Kane has just cleared out like 5 guys single handedly, and he's waiting for the next guy, then out comes the Honky Tonk Man dressed like Elvis with his guitar, and he asks Kane to wait abit whilst he plays his song. Kane stands and watches for about 20 seconds, then grabs the guitar off him, and smashes it over his head. One of the funniest things I've ever seen.

The Rocks concert in Sacramento, probably the best wrestling promo I've ever seen. As a heel he realy knew how to wind a crowd up.

Goldberg being released last from his cell in the 2003 Elimination Chamber and eliminating 4 men within about 5 minutes, I've never seen a guy cause so much carnage in so little time. HHH the Champion had been released, but he was to scared to come out, and Ric Flair was outside holding HHHs cell door shut. HHH was goading Goldberg, thinking he couldn't get to him, next thing Goldberg smashes through the glass. HHH still managed to win after Flair slid him a sledgehammer, to hit Goldberg as he went for the sphere.

Randy Orton becoming the youngest ever world champion beating Chris Benoit at Summerslam 2004, then the following night on raw he defends it against Benoit thanks to some outside interference from his Evolution team mates. There celebrating at the end, Orton is on top of Batistas shoulders, HHH is looking at Orton with his thumbs up. Then HHH turns his thumbs down, and Orton is stunned, they then beat the hell out of Orton, with HHH claiming the world title is rightfully his.
