Actually Twist, I don't think I want to sell him. I've been wracking (spelling?) my brains trying to think of a good defender and for the life of me I just can't think of one.

Well it looks like I didn't get a great striker. But hopefully Anelka, and some good attacking midfielders behind him will convince people I can get the goals.

Anyone up for deals? Soriano, Downing, Lucas could all leave. An before anyone makes a silly offer they are all quality players who I'm happy to keep but want to do some changes.

I'm after a right footed winger, striker and fullback.

Yeah, I tried to get a few over the past few days. No one budging.

I know I need a Striker and better fullbacks. But best I can do for now

Lucas pre injury I'd have had but not atm.

To be honest I been sitting here wondering if he would do Leandro Damiao for Rodwell but.....

2) Don't actually know whether that is a good deal for me.

I'm not up for selling him because I'm going to bung him into CB instead of LB probably. Defenders are so hard to come by!! lol

Yeah probably right. Always a fine balance.

I am just hoping that at least people will realise I have a defensively sound team with the CB's and Rodwell/Huddlestone. I won't be asking my FB's to bomb forward, so that makes it better on a defence basis.

Need a more potent striker then Anelka, lack of pace from the CBs, better fullbacks, a more creative CM.

I'm surprised with the direction YI has gone in that he's not tried to snap up Lucas, would be perfect for his team.

I have Miralem Pjanić, but basically you are telling me i am stuffed Viva

Twist not at all mate, tactics are crucial would have to see how you would be instructing them. If you get Rodwell to push up and not restrict him being a DM, Kalou is a good player scores goals has pace more of a threat then Anelka. Yes play Pjanic you need creativty.

And I'm sticking Chiellini up front so be ready for that.

Huddlestone = Lucas?

Lucas is more a CDM and Huddlestone is more box to box like Rodwell. So I think Lucas and Rodwell might work better than 2 box-box CDM's
