Five minutes with Hulk Hogan

Interesting and short interview with Hogan with the BBC.

He's sort of half in kayfabe, half out which is a bit strange, although seems common these days for wrestlers in public. He listed Andre the Giant, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan (yes, himself) and Jeff Hardy () as the best essentially.

Whatever you want to say about the man, he's proven over the last few days in England that he's still a powerful draw. Would Austin, Triple H et al have been invited on to tv and radio chat shows, had this 5 min segment or been intervied on the London evening news? He's trended on twitter and stayed in the top ten searched topics on Yahoo for several days. All good exposure for his company.

Yes he can't 'go' anymore in the ring and his persona rubs some people up the wrong way but as any of his vests and bandana's will tell you - "Hulk STILL rules"!

There isn't anybody more recognisable from wrestling to the general public worldwide than Hulk Hogan. The only person to come close is The Rock.
