I know it's not in vogue to discuss actual live tennis on this board, but I thought I'd put up a DC thread for the weekend matches.

A lot of teams are in action.

Stan and Fish into a fifth set.

Great atmosphere in this match, Stan saves two BP's in the fifth

Lacko looking a bit tight early on against Evans, who's worked his way to deuce in game 2, having held serve in the opener

Japan and Croatia are 1-1, with Karlovic beating Nishikori. Argentina lead Germany 1-0 and Tipsy has put Serbia 1-0 up against Sweden (reads like the latest soccer scores, doesn't it)

Evans has made the perfect start here, broken Lacko and held to love for 3-0 and looking increasingly confident out there.

such an impressive start from Dan Evans here, staving off two BPs with some good aggressive play, before some more heavy hitting gets him the game, he leads 4-1. I like the fact that Smith has left him alone there at the change-over, letting him get on with it and stay in his bubble.

Evans gets broken, again, and once again comes roaring right back to get us back on serve at 3-4. Gutsy play from the Brit, unflinchingly moving forward and volleying really nicely so far. Lacko so far seems to just be waiting for Evans to go away, which he shows no signs of doing.
