Fantastic thanks ..........up in the 30's everyday . Spent most of the days in the pool with the kids , back felt great had a really good break .

Tried updating the superleague table but got a bit lost with the team colours so i gave up , i couldn't work out which was which ?

I'll have to send you a word file with instructions. (there's a trick I use which helps when teams jump others on the ladder) Did I go too far with the team colurs do you think?

No i like the team colours , just cant work em out not really got my head in the game dont even feel like celebrating my birthday tomorrow .

I copy the table to a blank word doc, then put the cursor just before the --->[url=https://servimg.com/image_preview.php... etc, then hit the space button so each team's points are in a separate paragraph.

Then I move them up or down... keeping the spaces between the paragraphs. Then, Edit the numbers, then cut each paragraph... then paste them back...immediately after the last one which ends with - [/td][/tr][tr][td]<--- paste here.

Is that too hard?

England have enough quality to get through what is overall a poor group 1-1 draw tonight. Did we watch Ireland yesterday? Some dreadful tactics, performance and player selection. Does it remind you of another Irish coach?

Yeah, Ireland just has to go for it.... try and rattle them for the full 90.

I think Torres has lost his swagger since leaving Liverpool and coupled that with David Villa being injured Spain are missing their goals .

So what is the score going to be ?

Spain 3-0. Ireland won't go for it under Trap he is one of the most negative managers around, we could do better than we did against Croatia as the way they are set up could suit us more. We won't cause them serious damage. A lot of our better players won't play and some aren't even in Poland!

Sort of Thomond , i thought England played ok but i didn't understand why Carroll wasn't brought on with 25-20 to go as i thought he would of caused Mexes and Rami problems .

A draw is not a bad result against a team who haven't lost for 28 matches , but i think we will need to win the other 2 games to go through .

Who would you of selected in the Rep team who hasn't gone to Poland ?

Coleman, Clark,Hoolahan, McCarthy (he pulled out as his father has cancer so that's fair enough) should have been in. Some guys should be starting and are not McClean ahead of MuckGeady and I would have Walters ahead of Doyle and maybe Long in before Keane.

I thought Ox-Chamberlain did well in the first half, didn't see second as I was playing 5 a side. Who do you see taking it all? I would say Russia have been the most impressive side so far.

Russia looked good , but dont think you can look past the Germans they just seem to always get to the latter stages and they have a good squad this time around .

I thought we didn't press enough France's defence aren't brilliant that would be my only complaint .

I agree about Long , McClean and Walters ai would start them all against Spain but i dont think Trap will do you ?

Not a hope in hell will Trap make that many changes, he seems to ahve a few "undroppables". It frustrates me greatly as does the negative stuff we play as we can play ball, showed it a bit the other night even if the game was over.

Yes im doing great thanks , had a really good holiday in the sunshine a few weeks back .
Lots of appointment this week with various docs just to make sure everything is all ok. I feel good in myself so dont see any problems .

Do you think Trap will be gone after the Euros ?

Not a hope in hell, unfortunately. The FAI love him as do the Media. One of the main guys who funds his contract owns one of our biggest newspapers and Radio Stations, few criticize him. I think we can play better that's the problem. While it was before my time, Charlton seemed to be critiqued in the same way. Both sides could knock it about just weren't allowed to.

I don't think that's really the issue, both sides struggle at retaining possession and if you don't want to keep the ball you need to put pressure on the opposition and not sit back. France's goal came from Nasri having far too much room to strike and Ireland sat off Modric all game. Your thoughts?

I would prefer England to be more positive and pressure the other team more , i think we sit back to much and invite teams on . I agree with you on the possession aswell , we seem obsessed with playing a killer through ball as soon as we get possession rather then knocking it about and creating space to make that pass possible .

Yes i think he would go , regarding Harry and vacant jobs i wondered the same thing about Brendon Rodgers and Swansea ?

He will have his own ideas on players he thinks can improve the group , he may also find a few want to leave aswell . But it will come down to how much money he is given , do you think Swansea need to spend big to avoid the second season syndrome ?

Probably. How much do they have to spend... roughly?

Teams in the past have struggled in their second season to stay up , each team is different but the price of even an average player now is out of this world so your looking at at least 15 million on average more if you want better players .
