6wf freshers ball contract, quick question.

hi guys just a quick question about the Fresher's Ball contract.

Is this like money in the bank when you can challenge some one at any given time?
if so, how often does this contract come a long and how long have you got to cash it in?

It is similar to that yarmouth, however the commissioners decide when it is cashed in. They will already have an idea of how and when it will be used, however the holder of it can pm suggestions to them.

It is usually cashed in on a lower title (ie not the 6wf or TAW).
