Adidas unveils new French rugby shirt

Afternoon all, the new French Jersey is out, and Adidas have gone back to "proper" French-Navy blue (the dark blue was Nike's idea, mainly to force the AB's to play in white occasionally as Nike were peeved Adidas beat them to that contract)

Though it looks like Adidas have opted to copy the white collar from the AB's shirt

Are you sure about the Adidas dark blue thing? It's a nice enough jersey, looks a bit soccer-y probably won't rush out to buy it.

I must admit it looks nothing like I thought it would, for a moment I was expecting a different colour.

Joking aside, whats the difference between that jersey and last years?

Looks like you need a narrow waist and some hips to wear that.

The big question - what shorts and socks.

Nice kit, much better then the same tired recycled cack Canterbury keep peddling!

i like it. only thing i'd change from that is the postioning of the stripes. would have preferred them over the shoulders but i'm not complaining

It looks a bit like an '80s football top, but at least it's the right colour!

Well instead of a black change strip now you'll have three Kiwis on the jersey so you guys can't really get away from a NZ connection there!

The deal starts in September and it won't take 'em long to churn out a white shirt with a bit of red piping. Just think Scotland change shirt with red instead of blue...
