The Kimura lock actually hurt?

It's an actual move used in MMA, and it has yielded tap outs, yes. I don't assume Brock is applying it properly so it hurts the people he is doing it to though.

So there aren't genuine broken arms flying about - HHH looked quite painful

It might hurt a little, it has to be made to look real, and Brock has never been the most gentle worker.

In a TOugh Enough challenge, Angle challenged people to a wrestling match (after they had all already been worn out from another physical challenge I add)

A guy called Daniel Puder ()or something like that) managed to get Angle in a legit kimura that could have broken his arm. Angle was furious during the incident but the ref covered it by counting Puders shoulders down giving Angle the win.

Angle lost the plot but it shows that a MMA guy with training can get even the best wrestler in a lot of pain.
