FCW/NXT roster updates

Seems FCW has completely rebranded to NXT. They've also put some new profiles up, including some Brits:
Danny Burch
Oliver Grey

First impressions?

Regards to FCW becoming NXT the writing was on the wall in some respects for a long time but I think it is a good move. It breaks down some of the barriers to the full shows which previously existed. They need to learn infront of cameras not just crowds.

Danny Burch is the artist formerly known as The Guv'nor Martin Stone. I have seen him live several times and he has impressed me on each occasion, including a very good match against The Great Muta

The problem with FCW/NxT is the fact that so often they will build up gimmick in it, make it really good, become an expert at it and then they'll bring them up to the roster with a completely different one meaning it was really a waste of time.

They should try and acknowledge it more on WWE TV, reference their history in it when they are promoted to the main roster, maybe have the NxT Champion appear on the main show every now and again saying that soon he'll be in the main roster and people have to watch out etc.
