Chris Jericho's WWE return

Chris Jericho has stated in a video that he will be returning to the WWE once he is finished with Dancing with Stars. So we urge you not to vote for him on Dancing with Stars so we can have the great Y2J Chris Jericho back in the WWE to be the best at what he does.

Do you guys think he will be rushed in to fill the void Edge has left on Smackdown? Really looking forwards to his return to the WWE.

There's a new Chris Jericho video blog where he asks the WWE Universe to vote for him on the "Dancing with the Stars" competition stating that his being on the show is taking the WWE Universe where it hasn't gone before. He tells fans that everything he did on WWE television was for them and asks that they now return the favor by voting. At the end of the video, he says once he returns to the WWE after the competition, you can pick up where you left off by cheering of booing him.

So how do you see him coming back, will he get into a programme with Miz or someone else?
How would you book his return?

Will he be coming back to Raw or Smackdown though as if he comes back to Raw you would imagine him coming back as a heel to take on Orton as it was his punt that put him out. if he does come back to Smackdown do you think he will come back as a face to replace edge as suggested above.

I always expected him back this year but obviously with Edge having retired he's bound to take his spot

Massive fan of Chris Jericho and can't wait to see him back in a WWE ring. Can see him coming back as a heel again, but who he feuds with I am not too sure. I'll still be cheering for him though!

I actually can see him returning as a face, on is badly needed on SD at present (although mic battles of him and Miz would be great)

I think he'll be a face, his character was becoming a bit repetitive anyway

The reason i mentioned a programme with Miz is the fact that Miz appears to be a poor mans Y2J on the mike with his promo's.
Nothing against Miz, i think hes excellent at the moment, but Y2J is in a league of his own with that type of role and it would be interesting to see how the two of them go head to head.

If he comes back on RAW, if he is a heel, entering into a feud with Cena, carrying on that thing from last year
when he was saying Cena was the biggest problem in wwe. If a face,
entering into a feud with Punk.

If back on smackdown as a heel, entering into a feud with Christian
something todo with Edge, if face then Del Rio, maybe a pretend
face working a angle with them both, then in a match turning back
to his old ways, costing Christian the title and igniting there feud.

I'd rather see Christian turn heel on Jericho altho with how rotten the face reactions are these days the WWE would be mad to turn a genuinely loved face

Fair point, i just think that Jericho is a natural heel, and brilliant at it, given his last
time. I would rather see Christian taking Edge's place as one of the lead faces.
Though do think a series between them will be fantastic, and would get a genuine
crowd reaction.

He'll probably return as a face due to his reputation and popularity but then after a short while will naturally gravitate back into his heel role, which he seems far more comfortable with.

i would have Jericho go to SD as a face and get a push to the world title for summerslam whoever the champ is at that point, now title or no title i would have him fued with whoever until december or so when he starts getting involved with Randy Orton in the build up to the rumble, by this time for me Orton has turned heel and a confrontation/elimination by the other or whatever at the rumble would then build into a fued for Mania.

Chris is getting old now hes no where near as athletic as he newst to be.

Has to be one last face run, especially with the retirement of Edge. The fans need someone to love and that man is Jericho right now.

I've no doubt he himself will want to eventually retire as a heel, as seemingly it's the role he enjoys the most but it's all the more reason to have a face run now before the inevitable turn.
