Well, I think I did. On a message feed. Could have been anyone to tell you the truth but anyway, if it was him, I asked about Price and he said they wouldn't fight until at least 2014 - and after that because that's when his Channel 5 contract runs out.

Of course, this could all be cobblers, but it would seem odd for someone to impersonate Fury and then say something so banal. Surely if they were impersonating him they'd have an agenda rather than just giving contractual facts...

It probably is him. His contract with C5 does end in 2014. Why can't Price fight on C5. He'll get more numbers there. A fight with Fury on C5 will be huge.

But then surely that's also more potential fakers with PCs? I just don't know what to think anymore... apart from that I reckon Price will spark him if they do fight. I think Fury will fight angry whereas Price seems more measured and, IMO, will likely catch him with something finite.

We was led to believe that Fury would fight angry against Chisora but was more calculated.

Fury has more speed so I think he would win.

I see what you're saying, but thing is, he is open to being caught - something which Chisora did with frequency. Now, assuming Price can hang about, surely it's only a matter of time before he lands something serious? Surely only a dramatic chin-failure on Price's account would prevent that. I'm by no means certain he'd win as Price's chin does seem to be, rightly or wrongly, a question mark but I do feel he's tighter and more 'together' than Fury.

Still a fight I'm very much looking forward to though.

I think Price would hammer Fury, Fury leaves him self very open and for his size does not hit that hard, I think Price would actually finish it quite early.

i'd edge towards fury, albeit slightly. price looks better but fury is somewhat proven.

David Price to win, but I also though Chisora would have Fury in all sorts of trouble!! Fury does tend to surprise!!

I was hoping Furys next opponent would be someone half decent but if hes fighting Dec 1 and still no opponent announced then the less likely it will be someone good.

They've promised a top five WBC opponent, which would be one of Arreola, Stiverne, Boytsov, or Grano.

Stiverne has wins over Price and Helenius in the amateurs so would be a good scalp, but in all honesty I wouldn't be surprised if they roll out Evander.

Fury is not hard to hit and has been badly hurt by several non punchers, i would fancy Price to put him away inside 2 rounds and probably as quick as he dealt with Audrey. Wont happen yet though because no way will Fury will risk his unbeaten record anytime before he gets the payday against Wlad where he will be battered and totally outclassed. After that he will be only to happy to be a whipping boy for Price.
