I'm still around and in fairness I gave up my runners duties on Monday, so it has only taken 5 days for people to notice

Short notice change move onto a failing project at work, a move to a different desk means more work and my boss right next to me now. I'll basically get on when he is not near by, which means I can't guarantee lawyers and injuries on time on Tuesdays.

Will still help out as much as I can. If I am in a position to be able to do injuries/lawyers and the runners can't, then I will

Do I need to have 3 German players in my side for league games?

A minimum of 6 domestic players must be included within your squad at all times.
A minimum of 2 domestic players must be on the pitch in tactics at all times, in all games.
A minimum of 3 u21 players must be on the pitch in tactics at all times in cup games.
Viva must ask about this every week

Would be nice if me and marky won. If we have made a better submission then we should win. simples

Although it might make Azzy look weak to sack 2 people who have already quit. Bit of an easy way out of a tough decision.

You could also phone Mr Rodgers but he might not pick up due to tossing himself off over the picture of himself in his office

I'd personally like to know how they plan to teach the kids about how to retain possession, just by saying the word possession a lot doesn't actually transfer to them having it.

An even better idea would be if someone would make a dedicated rules page, listing every rule there is, and then sticky it somewhere...like on the main page of the league, so everyone could see it!

And in regards to this belief that under 11s are instructed that winning is everything in this country isn't actually true.
You don't have league tables until u12s, there's no actual title etc for teams.

I have never understood why we need to "copy" the Spanish model to try and get better. By the time that has been implemented and done successfully it will be outdated and they would have moved on.

Personally I would like to see England focus more on getting the ball out wide and putting high quality crosses into the box rather than playing tippy tappy possession football in front of a defence. You ask any defender what they would rather face, a high quality cross or passing the ball about in front of them. They'll say the passing everytime

Maybe in club football, but I would say that in most international matches, possession is important. There aren't many successful international teams who aren't good at retaining possession.

We can't even do that right though, our English model has involved a 4-4-2 set up with speedy wingers for years but the likes of Young, Walcott, Downing etc aren't a patch on the pinpoint crosses of Navas.

When it comes to end of season manager of the year Sodhat got my vote.

I'd do it earlier but my boss seems to pack meetings into Fridays. If someone posts some questions I actually would have time between 12/1pm to do scores. So if you get questions up now, PM me guesses by 12 and I will do my best to get results up.

Technically I'm in a meeting at the moment!
