WRU offer to host Olympic 100m final in 2016

Undeterred by universal ridicule of his plans to lure England away from Twickenham in the 2015 RWC, the WRU Chief Exec has now set his sights on pinching the Olympics' blue riband event from Rio in 2016.

Roger Lewis has already contacted Sebastian Coe, despite Lord Coe not being involved in the decision making process, as he believes that Usain Bolt would 'embrace the chance' to run in front of a Welsh crowd and the previous holder of the world's fastest man title, Shane Williams.
"I think a rugby pitch is about 100m long, so why not?" Enthused former record company boss Roger.
The Rio organising committee has not yet commented.
