I had Gundogan for a while last time around, I see him as a deep lying playmaker, a pretty good one, good foil for the likes of Reus/Gotze for Dortmund.

That is true Fan. ATM I would be moving Gundogan back and changing Sahin.

Sahin is a deep lying PM as well tho thats the thing

I mean that if I was dropping one of Sahin or Gundogan, it would be Sahin

will play them both, unless I get a top offer..then I can get a proper AM

its a solid miid with two really good wingers as well

If you've got the money, choose between one of Gundogan or Sahin and sign a new AM. If you haven't, sell one of Gundogan or Sahin to fund a new AM.

Arsenal need to sack Wenger NOW, then let the new manager spend £75m in January:

IN: Llorente, Montolivo, Damiao, Willian, Shawcross

OUT: Arshavin, Gervinho, Chamakh, Giroud, Walcott, Diaby, Mertesacker

I can't see Montolivo leaving Milan so quickly, but in essence I agree. I would be looking at someone like Capoue

I agree Wenger needs to be sacked but it wont happen, ever.

Llorente's only 27 and would only cost around the 7m mark due to his contract expiring, that'd be a great buy for them.

Llorente would be a great buy for them, Damiao to give them options. And I forgot "sell Ramsey" as part of my OUT brigade. He's been dreadful since his injury.

I think they would if they could get replacements - they need De Jong more than Monty, and with DJ out for the season, maybe they could get an M'Vila / Capoue themselves? Was just an idea, if Arsenal offered £20m Milan would accept it.

As for Mertesacker, he's been awful every time I've seen him. My Arsenal CB preference would be Vermaelen/Koscielny/Djorou/Squillachi/Mertesacker, in that order. Maybe even Jenkinson at CB before Mertesacker. I'd call him the worst use of £8m ever, but then again Arsenal did buy Gervinho
