All joking a side the sacking is an absolute joke. They have a great side and are in a decent league position (Arguably not high enough) but there playing some decent football as seen on the TV yesterday.

Who would want to be a manager these days?

Well he did do well at Birmingham (unlucky to be relegated imo, won a cup), Scotland and Rangers. Went into a pretty impossible environment at Villa (being an ex-Brum manager)

Well Al Hasawi said he wanted to bring in a manager with PL experience...not quite what I was expecting.

Think he'll end up wishing he hadn't sacked O'Driscoll.

With the budget and squad Forrest have, one would expect promotion. Mid season 8th in the league, that might not seem good enough for some people (esspicaly the ones who are paying the wages)

McGleish does have a good record in this league and does bring experience. So i think Forrest can still easily achieve promotion this season.
