Good match up and defo a step in the right direction what with it being a live, young fighter. I think we'd all rather it was Trout though who is almost certainly more worthy.

Trout would have beaten him but Lara is a good matchup.

Good choice, although Trout deserves the fight much more and would be a better fight as Trout got the exposure form the Cotto win whereas no-one really knows who Lara is

Lara-Matiroysan rematch was cancelled from Matrioysan's team so that makes Lara mandatory I guess

Doesn't really pull in fans for a PPV fight and I'll wait untill its announced. Lara, Trout, Cotto, Angulo, Kirkland and Guerrero have all been mentioned do lets wait and see

Very good fight but I feel like Lara would have a far better chance had he been more active. He had a good amateur career though which Canelo didn't. Interesting style clash. The ever improving bully versus the pure boxing Cuban.
