Guess who...???

I’m back – and I would love to fight David Price. He took me out and I would like the ­opportunity to avenge that.

After the David Price fight people thought I would never get back from it and that they had seen the last of me. It made me look bad.

But I have come up from ­underneath all of that rubble and it didn’t take me long to say, ‘Hell, it’s not over yet!’.

I was too hyped up for the Price fight and it allowed him to walk me onto his big right hand and finish me.

I learn from my mistakes and that’s the bottom line. I made a mistake against Price and he made me pay for it straightaway.

He took me out and that looks bad on me because I was in great shape and ready to put in a real performance against him.

I felt good and mentally I was back together. But it just wasn’t to be. Now you just don’t know what happens and, if it is ­possible, I would love the chance of fighting David again.

Whoever it is, he sounds genuine....

I wonder if Audley genuinely thinks there is anyone left who would read anything he's written with a straight face. He must tihnk someone is sitting at home with an Audley poster on their bedroom wall, reading this and thinking "go on big man, I still believe"

I fear I'm going to be reading stuff like this for the next ten years and poor old Union is still going to be backing Audley at the bookies.

With regards to the article, I can only hope you're stringing us along and that the above quotes can actually be attributed to Dallas, McDermott, Skelton or someone like that.

Let's say he does get through PF unscathed, would there be any point to Harrison v Fury?

Wouldn't happen anyway, Fury won't fight anyone he doesn't have serious height/reach advantage over. Think Audley is about the only man out there with same or longer reach than Tyson.

I guess Fury vs Manute Bol won't be happening either then.
