Only if Olly wants to swap nationalities (yes, you can keep the team, just change nationality). Check with him and until he agrees you are English

If two managers want to swap nationalities then fine. It's not allowed willy nilly, but when a new manager comes in, or between seasons, we allow it.

Obviously it makes the job harder as you are having to change a squad built to be one nationalitt, into another.

The cup would be up to Marky, but I would say keeping the teams in their current groups as a one off would be the easiest
