I did not say that. I said Dembele is in better form, which would equate to better votes. I never once said Dembele is the better footballer.

And all the league business concerns me, I am after all the Director of Football for Spanish Bank Wink

Problem with Yaya is that he earns so much money, and with Fair Play coming in, would you want to gamble £200k a week on Yaya getting back to form, or give Lampard £75k to stay and play the way he is right now? I can't see there being much of a market for Yaya, except for PSG.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again; the day will come when they can't fight it any longer and engage in a passionate internet-based affair.

You can cut the sexual tension with a knife, like Moussa Dembele through ball cuts open a defence.

They both have their pros and cons.

Personally speaking though, I really like Dembele. I don't think it's fair that his rep gets knocked with sarcasm based on differing opinions either.

Kroos is the better player but the gap isn't massive based on Dembele's form this season. And in the role he plays for Spurs you could have the opinion hes better for that role.

I didn't see how Dembele would fit in the Spurs team - they bought him in direct response to losing Modric and I always thought of him more as a forward.

But in the deeper CM role he's really been impressive for me. Good touch, size, pass and he can move forward if you need him to.

Dembele is quality Afro. Started the season slow but picked up now when it matters, business end of the season.
Kroos is probably over rated by everyone here. 22 league appearances, 6 goals & 7 assists isnt brilliant for an attacking mid lets be honest. Jay Rodriguez is only two goals behind him & he plays in a lesser team

Anyone seen the article on Goal.com on why RVP should be player of the year?? Its quite convincing to be honest & lays down some very hard to argue with stats & facts why he should beat Suarez & Bale.

Apparently Hero's request fell on deaf ears Rolling Eyes

I won't stand back and let Nick tell me what to do - he's not the league runner, he had a massive hissy fit yesterday which threatened to ruin the league, and now he's telling me to keep my nose out of business that DOES concern me. I'll stop responding to the taunts when he winds his neck in OK

Now, on to league business. Who has cash and wants to spend it?

Stats can lie.

For me Kroos is the better player. Kroos started the season on fire and was Bayern's best player up to Xmas.

He has gone off the boil a little since, whilst Dembele has been playing really well. But I also think that Dembele form in the last 2 or 3 games has dropped away

Right I asked politely. Can both of you if you cannot show any respect for each other and that it is creating an atmosphere on the board please foe each other until the point where you have both seen sense and can remain civil to one another.
If this request is not done and the hostilities continue I'll have no recourse but to issue temporary bans, I don't want to do that, you guys don't want that but unless the pair of you begin to behave then thats' the way we're going to play it.

Humm yes because I quit over buying two goal keepers to screw someone over #PotKettle

Hero, Azzy has no team in this league therefore has no business getting involved in what player, deals etc anything managers want to do.
If that is incorrect Ill give my team up & then start commenting on league business.

Javi didn't play that much early season. he spent a lot of time with an injury or on the bench. Mandzukic was banging them in, but I would still say a large part of that was Muller and Kroos' form

With the absolute greatest of pleasures. Not that it will stop his bullying comments of course, but at least I won't have to read them.

Apologies to everyone for my continuing to defend myself, but I don't like being bullied and will never back down from one.

If Bony gets a Balloon Door vote this year, then Bony > Scholes. I think he will.

That's because he's played in proper leagues, and proven himself as a goalscorer in them Wink

28 Serie A goals for Inter, 28 Premier League goals for Newcastle, 6 Bundesliga goals for Wolfsburg, 3 Russian Premier League goals for Rubin Kazan, 7 La Liga goals for Levante, all in all 72 goals in 240 games. That's a goal every 3.33 games, or 11 goals over a 38-game season. In the four best leagues in the world.

He never needed to prove himself in lesser leagues GSC, he was top drawer from the moment he started playing. Unlike some, who have to play Macedonian U12s to make themselves feel better about themselves.

Question: how many goals do we think Bony would score in Scotland, playing for Celtic? I say 25. He's no Henrik Larsson or Brian Laudrup.
