TNA Impact Spoilers for 5/12

The Jarretts come out and offer a truce to Kurt Angle as Jeff doesn't want her to be put in harm's way at the Sacrifice PPV on Sunday. The crowd is chanting for Angle. Karen says that Kurt's been hurt too many times and now that's made him believe that she's out to get him. She says they have a restraining order out for his own well being and asks Angle to come out. Kurt comes out and says he can't believe he stayed married to her. Angle announces a mixed tag match between himself & "his business partner" against the Jarretts for the PPV. He says that Jarrett knows who she is and she's real, damn real.

*Mickie James & Miss Tessmacher defeated Madison Rayne & Tara.

*Beer Money cut a promo and pretty much intimate that they are waiting for Matt Hardy to call Jeff Hardy to face them at Sacrifice without using Jeff's name. Matt comes out and says they showed guts when they dared call out Hulk Hogan, but they still make him sick and are worthless. Matt says he and Jeff Hardy were raised to be champions and he and his partner are going to take the belts at Sacrifice. But, his partner isn't Jeff Hardy. Out comes, I swear to God, Chris Harris. It's Harris and Hardy vs. Beer Money.

*Sangriento pinned Suicide.

*Eric Bischoff, Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair come out immediately after the match. Flair kicks Suicide low. Hogan says that he runs the show and he's tired of waiting. He wants to know who is running games for the network right now or else. Out comes Mick Foley. Foley said that Hulk may have conned his way into the company and they might think that they were the smartest men in wrestling, but now things are going to start to unravel. He said that on 3/3, Jeff Hardy was the champ but then the Network saw what what happening and brought Sting back to TNA and now he's the champion. Foley said that Hogan won't be able to ruin this show and more because this show is called "Impact Wrestling" because it's supposed to be about wrestling. He announces a Battle Royal to determine the number one contender to the TNA title and then says he'd like to introduce Kurt Angle's partner at Sacrifice. A video appears, eventually spelling the word Chyna and she comes out on the stage with Foley. She got, seriously, a MONSTER pop. Everyone chanted her name.

*Crimson defeated Abyss and Samoa Joe. Abyss attacked Crimson and left him laying.

*They re-tape the ENTIRE segment with Mick Foley coming out to confront Immortal. Crowd was dead for this. There were a few small line changes, including Mick saying this show wasn't "TNA" but "Impact Wrestling" so there's the marketing stuff you guys wrote about last week or so.

*Mr. Anderson wins the Battle Royal. Chyna ran out and tossed out Jarrett. She went after Karen but Jeff saved her and they ran away. Dreamer got tossed by Bully Ray even though they are now partners. Steiner and Morgan eliminated each other. Hardy and Beer Money eliminated each other. In the end, Anderson tossed Ray out.

Where's Hobo, I wanna see him defend TNA for yet ANOTHER has been ex-wwe star and ANOTHER rehashed WWE angle!

Angle and Chyna...? Two messed up junkies then! TNA does seem to like to collect them.

I just dont get what is so wrong with this edition of Impact.

Yes the previous one seemed awful but this looks quite good.

WWE have poached Kong from TNA, so TNA bring back the original Female monster. I am more interested in seeing her than Dreamer turn heel or Orton winning the title off Christian.

Another missed fact is that she threw JJ out of the ring - I really hope that it leads to a good housekeeping rematch!

Final comment from me, and going back to what KB said yesterday, is that in the battle royal every feud was advanced.

Final +1 comment - Foley returns to TNA and announces the show is about wrestling and not about Hogans BS. Hopefully this is a sign that the Carters are listening to the IWC and are going to change for the better.

I seriously doubt they will but I can only hope!

Foley announced it twice. He referred to it as 'impact wrestling' which is a direct shot at the WWE.

Seriously, you actually wanna see Chyna? Someone who's spent her last years falling out of nightclubs off her face, in and out of rehab, parading her 'bits' on a Tv show and dabbling in lesbianism as a wrestler and you actually want to see her feud with Jarrett?

RVD's just gone to do a run-in but everybody's gone home and is in bed. Apart from Ric Flair who's still in a bar blading and trying to get someone to pay the tab.

So is TNA now called Impact Wrestling? Sounds like a North-eastern independent promotion that runs shows every other month.

So instead of the Hardys vs Beer Money which could argueably be Tag Match of the past 5 years, they go with Braden Walker?

But then people would cry he is a WWE reject....like they do with every other returning star that appears on TNA!

Whereas The Rock, Booker, Nash, Batista etc all get the legends moniker who are brilliant signings.

Difference is Hobo they wouldn't cry about this one. He would be a massive signing for them.

They have tried with Hogan, Bischoff, Hardy's, Dreamer, Anderson etc....They all came with an element of baggage. Christian is genuinely at the top of his game. He's not battling personal demons, he's not prone to botches, he's not a hasbeen.

Chyna debuting on Impact

I read on a Wrestling App this morning that Vince has said Chyna will never go in to the HOF because she is now in TNA.

Exactly why the hall of fame is pretty worthless in most people's eyes. Isn't really based on the contribution, impact or achievements in wrestling but how well you get on with Vince.

basically RVD is still the #1 contender until his match on sunday. If he loses then obviously its Anderson's turn to go up against Sting....not that confusing. I quite liked this weeks Impact, Chyna looked unrecognisable.

Just watched this episode, Eric Young is a genius. The part when he eliminated Gunner and then ran off with the TV Title. He his TV gold. Why isn't he World Champ?
