Best (& worst) WCW match stipulation? Empty Best (& worst) WCW match stipulation?

WCW- World Championship Wrestling. Towards the end of their tenure, they seemed bent on becoming a joke. I dont know what possessed Eric Bischoff, but he seemed to pretty much lose his mind.

How the manager thought a wheel of fortune (with the wheel not fixed) containing stipulations was a good idea is beyond me. Not to say of the matches whereby the entire rules had to be explained in three slides. I wish WCW was alive today. The world has a shortage of nutjobs
