This Bayern eh, set pieces such a focus. Big centre forward and important headers. Such bullies, this is anti football, Andy Carroll is such a bully, Big Sam builds physical teams and nothing else.

Wait, I've got confused here somewhere

Finally, so glad to see a centre half punished for an absolutely retarded venture forward.

Definite foul in the build up mind!

You wonder how referee's get paid sometimes.

A 13 year old ref can see that was a foul.

I don't get why everyone gets their knickers in a twist over block offs in football. They happen 10 times a game and they're never called back for free kicks.

Go home and put your daddy's shoes on Alba. This is a man's game.

They'd have wanted that free kick to fall to pretty much anybody but Bartra...maybe not Busquets.

yeah but I for one am glad.

2-0 70 mins into a 180 minute tie and piqué does that- disgraceful for the senior defender and leader at the back.

Demolished.

Should imagine Barca will be investing in some defenders come summer.

Suffer from the same thing Utd do GSC. Everyone wants to see the best fail (former best in Barca's case)

If we're being fair, Barca are also down 3 CBs so Bartra is playing.

Rumours of the demise of Barca will be much exaggerated I suspect. This will hurt greatly, but they'll be back

I get the feeling Barcelona's tiki-taka football is "so last season" and Bayern's physical yet intricate and fast paced football is the way to go for the next two seasons. For me, if Xavi represents Barca's style then Muller represents Bayern. He's a physical presence but is rapid and technically sound. Plus, he's fantastically German.

So last year Chelsea play tough defence and fast break offense to beat Barcelona and the whole World says it's anti football. Bayern do it and it's the way forward?

Bayern really have failed when you think it's been 12 years since they've won the cl and they get every half decent player In germany.

Yeah, how many of the goals in the games vs Barca were "lump it in Drogba's direction"? Erm, zero is the answer you'll find.

You must be joking.

Have you forgotten what actually happened in the Chelsea tie?

They sat in their box for 180 minutes giving up 40+ shots and flukes their way through.
