I see soddy has made a 33m offer for villa which is where you'll raise most your cash from but that deal will be void because of the rules that say no Deal can be massively in favour of one manager.

It looks like you won't get Neymar and I really wanted you to sign him.

There are two rules relevant in this case. As Viva says:

Transfers that are stacked heavily in one party's favour may be reviewed by the runners and cancelled if it is held that it is unfair for it to stand.

However:

If there is an oversight on a rule or the need for a decision to be made on the spot then the decision of the league runner is final and NOT to be argued. Any attempts to circumvent the rules and exploit loopholes will result in a fine/player loss at the discretion of the runners

There has clearly been an oversight so, being a runner, I've deleted the first rule.

I would pay you £13m for Coutinho once End of Season lawyers are up, allowing you to lawyer someone else instead and raise more cash.

I can get more from Lawyers, £13.75m rounded up to £14m (I think that's how it works). So I would need more than £14m to sell him to a rival team.

Sorry, nothing personal, its tactical. If a rival wants him they pay, or he goes to Lawyers & is unavailable for a season.
