Afternoon all, twas fun to cut a promo for the first time in a couple of years for the Hobo Hardcore Tournie. Been a long time and I didn't keep any of my old work but enjoyed it all the same.

Look forward to hopfully doing a promo or 2 with some of you guys in the future.

Oh my bad. I just followed the link JJ Johnson left on his post over in GHW. Grindhouse is another Efed ran by a friend of mine. There's several of your guys RPing there too - Blade, GazzyD, JJJ to name a couple I can think of.

Good man. I saw the post regarding Indian Summer and thought I'd check it out. Looks interesting! Just deciding if I want to throw the Tripod into the mix or dig up one of my old favourites.

Hopefully you will throw your hate in to at least one of the tournies and possibly stay around to talk wrestling in general in the wrestling section.

When's the tournament start then?

Registration goes on till mid august and then there will be two weeks of promos at which point the results will be posted in two part, a few days apart (basically, if the numbers go as we think, we might have to do a qualifier card with the main event for each trophy a few days later to allow people to promo for the final if they make it)

Yea I'm just deciding which one i want to enter. The Tripod is just my little quirky side project to have some fun with, don't expect to win any titles with them that's for sure so I'll probably enter one of my older characters who are a little bit more "legitimate" lol!

Can people use more than one character or is it one entrant only?

Going to answer on the Indian Summer thread as I dont want to hijack 6CW and the great work they are doing here

Help me decide guys.

I want to enter Edward Plague and Viper in to a tournament each but I can't decide which.

Both of them have massive ego's, Viper obviously calls himself the Best In The Business but Plague literally see's himself as a God.

They're both heavyweight, Viper is a Heavyweight Champion and Plague is well, a giant.

Viper would work well in the tag team with Thunder but I think his pride would make him want to be part of a singles one so he could get all the glory. Plague could join with Orthrus but I don't know how long that team will work.

and Plague would work well in a hardcore division because he likes to hurt people but I'm not sure.

Help.

He had some personal issues which meant he couldn't get on the site. He popped on a while ago to sayhe was planning to be back once resolved.

I deleted my promo and posted it again to make the promos between Viper and Adamson flow better, without mine stuck in the middle!

As a one off, I'd recommend giving a tag team a go as they can be good fun. Especially when you already know your partner!

I think Plague is your heavyweight contender. Viper for tag or egomaniac imo.

I've already decided Ojore wont be entering any competitions because thats not his thing. Jack Hurst can job out in the Heavyweights, Deep Heat can job out in the egomaniac (I'm the Chris Jericho of e-fedding) and then Robin can either go for the hardcore one or find a tag partner

Yeah, I think Plague is my heavyweight guy for sure, he's an egomaniac but he doesn't know it...he just think's he's the good guy. Viper on the other hand know's he's arrogant and cocky but thinks he can get away with it because it's the truth.

Will wait to see what Thunder says but will probably go with Ego.

Thought I would try out a promo where I use all three of my guys at once. A bit of character integration for the first show of this new union.

Liked it Dolph, it was a good way to introduce everybody to them

Yeah, it felt like real tele, an easy way to get 3 people over in a kind of seamless way that mixes between new ground and old. It's the bit I enjoy most, not so much the rivalry but the writing for an imaginary TV audience. Why I don't really nominate myself to write matches, I prefer the segment stuff.

I like the idea of feuding with myself for a match or two, can really work out what direction the promos go in.

Yeah nice promo Dolph liked how you got every body involved.
